Where does training happen?
On real, active Wetscapes Fiberglass Pools projects in the Louisville, Kentucky / Southern Indiana area. You come to the job site — the training is wherever the current build is.
How long is it?
One to two weeks on site, scheduled around an active build so you see real stages of construction rather than a demonstration.
Will I work on a live project?
Yes. You train on a real client project with a real crew, real timelines, and real consequences. That is the point of doing it in the field instead of in a classroom.
Do I need prior experience?
You should already be comfortable working with your hands and around a construction site — most people who train with Jonathan come from pools, landscaping, service, or general contracting. You do not need to have built an inground pool before.
Is this a certification?
No. This is private field training, not a course or a certificate program. What you leave with is first-hand experience of how a professional build is run, plus the systems behind it.
When can I attend?
Training dates follow the build schedule, so they are set project by project. Once your application is reviewed and there is a fit, our team will work with you to match you to an upcoming project window.
